Introduction
GreenHarvest Ghana is a digital platform designed to connect the public with sustainable farms across the country. The aim was to create a seamless web experience where users can:
Discover farms by region
Schedule visits
Meet real farmers
Learn about organic and traditional farming practices
Purchase fresh produce directly from the source

The Problem
The core challenge was bridging the disconnect between urban consumers and rural agriculture and reshaping how people perceive farming — not as outdated labour, but as a respected, vital craft that sustains communities and preserves culture.

My Design Apprach
My approach was grounded in a thoughtful integration of user-centered design, agricultural insights, and a collaborative, iterative workflow. Beginning with extensive research and stakeholder engagement including local farmers and community members
The process aimed to understand the disconnect between urban dwellers and rural farm access in Ghana.
From discovery to delivery, the design journey progressed through structured stages of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, enabling agile feedback loops and continuous refinement.
This allowed us to design a digital experience that not only informs but also inspires action—helping users schedule farm visits, appreciate sustainable agriculture, and connect directly with Ghanaian farmers.
